William Wheless

William Wheless has a unique skill set blending residential, farm and ranch, and commercial real estate experience.

A fourth generation Houstonian, William has a lifetime of exposure to real estate in Houston. The Wheless Family has owned and developed in virtually all segments of the real estate industry including: retail shopping centers, single family homes, multifamily homes as well as master planned communities such as Cinco Ranch and Atascosita.

On the residential front, William's long list of achievements include representing clients in buying and selling some of the highest priced homes in River Oaks, Tanglewood, Memorial, and West University. In addition, he has helped his clients with recreational second homes as well as farm and ranch sales throughout the state of Texas.

William's commercial background includes experience with a privately held multi-family developer in Texas, New Jersey and Oklahoma, as well as representing one of the nation's largest senior living developers.

William is a graduate of The Kinkaid School and Southern Methodist University. He and his wife have lived in Houston since graduating college and have five children.

William's strong inter-personal skills, client focus, and visionary capabilities translate into excellent results for his clients.

Sarah Jane Canion

As a native Houstonian and a graduate of the Kinkaid School, Sarah Jane has a first-hand familiarity with Houston's neighborhoods and communities. She personally has lived in 7 of them, giving her deep market knowledge. She has moved over 15 times in her life and knows the joys and difficulties that come with buying and selling a home. Sarah Jane is dedicated to making her clients' transition as smooth and easy as possible.

Sarah Jane graduated cum laude with a BS in Spanish and Psychology from Southern Methodist University and earned her Masters of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship at the Acton School of Business in Austin, Texas. After Austin she returned home to Houston where she worked in several capacities for a private oil and gas company, Red Arrow Energy. It was her exposure to the land department that encouraged her entrance in to the real estate market. Prior to entering the Houston Real Estate Market, she worked for a year as the business development director for Sicily Eason, a local custom graphic design studio and press.

Sarah Jane is a multi-tasker and pays close attention to detail. Her education and work experience have made her an excellent communicator, attentive listener and strong negotiator.

Shannon Smith

A graduate of Texas A & M University, her early years as an elementary school teacher in the Houston Independent School District taught her organization, attention to detail, the importance of a positive environment, adaptability, and to be quick on her feet. Working with students in different socio-economic levels, she learned to relate to people in all walks of life. These skills, coupled with excellent market and community knowledge, make Shannon a successful residential real estate professional.

Shannon believes in working within the community, and serves as a volunteer for several charitable organizations and a non-profit school for economically challenged students.
